Love the videos, Is that ever a huge station that the train is leaving from.
But, I am totally flabbergasted after looking at the individual photographs
you took in the “Little Park” In Hiroshima!
That place must be just a work of art to stroll through.
Needless to say, I have copped a few (well, maybe a lot) for painting.
Actually, I would travel to Japan just to see that Park!
Do you remember the significance of the large statue with the two women that seem to be dancing?
What a lovely work of art. I presume those are Doves lifting up from the left side of it, so think it
may be a kind of Peace monument?

Yes, the Shinkansen stations are long. Some of the trains have 16 cars, and people have to be able to get on and off of all of them.
The statue is located at the entrance to the Shinkansen Station in Hiroshima. It is NOT park of the Shukkeeien garden. It only has a Japanese caption, but I got the impression that they were GREEK Gods, not Japanese. Yes, it probably IS peace related somehow; nearly everything in Hiroshima is devoted to peace.
